Onboarding flow

Expanding your chain and adding new stores is simple. Both your team and ours play a key role in the process.

• Your Team - Assemble the register(s), connect to the internet, install Windows updates.
• Your Teams - Install remote access software
• Your Team - In Control Center, set up the store location.
• FTx POS - Install trial licenses on your registers, ensuring no charges until active usage.
• FTx POS - Activate standard license(s) once live.

Our team will assist with configuration and setup. To streamline the process, please indicate which additional product you're interested in so we can gather the necessary setup files.

Loyal-n-Save

To activate Loyal-n-Save and be visible to customers, please provide the following information:

• Chain Display Name: The name customers will see.
• Description: A brief overview of your store.
• Chain Logo: Your company logo for easy identification.
• Altria Company Code: (if applicable)

Once we receive this information, we can activate your account.

FTx Commerce

To launch your FTx Commerce website and showcase your products, provide clear product names, descriptions, and images. We can easily import images directly from a folder if they're named with the product's UPC. For multiple images of the same product, append "_a", "_b", etc., to the UPC in the image file name. (Example: 123456789012_a, 123456789012_b).

Nothing is needed prior to set up. The trainer will go over all aspects.
